Many Harvested Apples, Some Cracked Pecans Now

We harvested the rest of the 'Gold Rush' apples on Sat. Nov. 14, so all apples are now harvested.  We now have about 3000 pounds of apples in our 2 coolers, only 1/3 the amount we had at this time last year.  We'll have harvested apples for sale for the next 4 to 5 months until we sell out, probably in March or April.  We have good amounts of 'Enterprise', 'Gold Rush' and 'Sundance' apples.  I give taste samples.

We have many harvested 'Enterprise' (red apples at left) and 'Gold Rush' (yellow apples at right) for sale now and for the next 3 to 4 months.

We also have some harvested 2nds apples.  These have hail damage, cracks, or other surface damage, and are great for cutting into slices, in salads, or for cooking or preserving.

We now have harvested, cracked pecans for sale.  These are selections from my husband Bill's pecan breeding program, and all have large nuts with thin shells and excellent flavor.  Our high-efficiency pecan cracking machine blows off most loose shell fragments, so our pecans are very quick and easy for customers to pick out.

We sell cracked pecans in 4-pound bags (at back).  The plastic box at front shows what the pecans inside each bag look like: over 75% pecan kernels and less than 25% shell fragments, so very easy to pick out.
We sell cracked pecans in 4-pound bags, which are over 75% pecan kernels and under 25% shell fragments.  Each bag has the equivalent of 6 pounds of in-shell pecans, and when you pick out the pecan kernels, you get 3 pounds or more of nutmeats

We sell pecans retail only, and cracked only.  We do not sell pecans wholesale to those who wish to pick them out and resell the kernels, nor do we sell in-shell pecans.

For payment, we accept cash and checks (from any state), but NO credit cards or debit cards.  We have no phone line to the sales building, and no card reader.  Please bring your checkbook or enough cash to cover the amount you want to buy.  Thanks.
